How much is the minimum order?
The minimum purchase price per order is USD$200.00.
May I pay after receiving my order?
No. We require full payment prior to shipment.
Which methods of payment do you accept?

May I return or exchange unsold products?
We do not accept returns or exchanges.
What can I do if I receive a defective product?
After receiving your delivery, you have 3 days to check your merchandise for defects. If you find any products with a manufacturing and/or material defect, send us an e-mail along with photographs of the defective products and/or send the products themselves including the product code and quantity. Upon our confirmation that the product is defective, we will issue a credit in your favor to be applied to your next order.
Will I receive 100% of my requested merchandise?
We always strive to fill 100% of every order that we receive. However, because we deal in a great variety and quantity of designs and models, there will be occasions when we will be unable to fill an entire order. It is our policy to try, at least, to provide between 70% and 80% of any order. In such circumstances, we will contact you in order to arrange an alternative to suit your needs.
Do you ship anywhere in the world?
We specialize in international orders. We will ship to any country, except those subject to USA commercial restrictions.
Which shipping companies do you use?
We use only the most trusted shipping companies, including UPS, FedEx, DHL, and domestic postal services, where appropriate.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary according to the cost of your order, the size of your package and the shipping destination. A more precise estimate will be available once your order has been prepared.
If I am importing your products, who will pay the import fees?
You are responsible for the payment of any tariffs and/or import duties due at the destination country.
Who is responsible for the customs clearance of the merchandise destination?
In most cases the carrier will process the customs clearance at the destination. However, if some different arrangement is required, you will be responsible to contract a local customs broker to process the customs clearance.
Do you use distributors?
No, we do not have distributors for our products. We can only guarantee the quality of products sold directly by us.
Can you give me a wholesaler discount?
We welcome wholesale accounts and we offer special discounts for purchases in large quantities. Please contact us for more details.
